The charter of the Silicon Valley
Photovoltaics Society (SVPVS) is to create a forum for entrepreneurs, business
people, investors, engineers and scientists who are active or interested in
photovoltaics cleantech or related technologies.The society has a monthly meeting with an invited seminar and abundant networking opportunity.With a strong society we seek to promote the competitiveness of the solar industry in the Bay Area by improving the awareness of relevant technologies, by forming a network between business and science and by simply getting to know each other in this field.
In an effort to support Korean industry, KITECH was established in 1989 as the nation’s only R&D institute devoted to supporting SMEs. Commemorating the 20th anniversary of its inception, KITECH is determined to help SMEs penetrate global markets through utmost efforts in providing SME support and developing core high technologies with commercialization potential while preparing for future markets by acquiring new industrial technologies.
KEMS is passionate about
providing entertaining, engaging and enlightening Korean media.As the only
locally produced Korean language broadcasting station in Northern California,
KEMS has become the most relevant media source for the Korean-American
community.In 1977, Korean media was available only 30 minutes per week. Today,
KEMS provides 24 hours of digital cable and over-the-air broadcasting service to
more than 1.5 million households in our Northern California coverage area. KEMS
is available on the digital channel 36.2 and on the Comcast channel 197.EcoMedia is the newest addition to the CBS portfolio and provides CBS Corporation with a green point-of-difference for advertisers on our TV, radio, interactive, publishing and outdoor platforms.
